AXION is a cloud software service. Access and usage rights are deemed delivered digitally once they are activated on your account. Invoice and payment confirmations are sent when your order is completed.

Your statutory withdrawal rights remain as applicable. Cooling-off periods and usage rules are explained in the distance selling agreement shown before checkout. For refund or cancellation requests, contact our support team.

Where a payment refund is due, timelines are communicated according to your payment method and applicable law. Special or promotional conditions, if any, are stated in the pre-contract information.
