Seller: Axions YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, providing the software and cloud service under the AXION brand; buyer: the natural or legal person who registers and shares their details. The subject is the software subscription at the scope you select.

Total price, taxes, and payment method are shown at checkout; unless stated otherwise, that amount is binding. Withdrawal periods and exemptions follow applicable law and the pre-contract notice.

Disputes should first be raised through support channels. Governing law and competent courts follow the contract and platform terms communicated to you.
